Liked your web site but was disappointed you had no pronunciation for ‘Columbard’ -a friend thinks it is
‘kul-um-BAH’ , I think ‘KOL-um-BAH’ – can you help save a valued friendship?!
Also, I thought I had been drinking ‘CHAB-lee’ all these years but you say it is ‘cha-BLEE’ – maybe it is in American pronunciation but surely a French person would say ‘CHAB-lee’ ?
Further to my first posting, re Chablis of course the attempt at the correct pronunciation should have an ‘s’ at the beginning – thus: is it SHAB-lee (as I think) or ‘shab-LEE’ as you think?
