		<description>Nice post and I can relate to it.  I now have at least 6 to 8 wines in my wine fridge that I really enjoy now, but when first tried most of the bottle went down the drain.  I advise anyone to always go back to those wines
you did not enjoy and try again and maybe research a good food pairing for that wine.</description>
