		<description>Are you joking?  The Corton is not a grape variety.  This is a Grand Cru appelation of Burgundy, made from the  Pinot Noir grape.  Not for early drinking means that it should not be drunk young, but should be left in bottle for several years.  This does not refer to the time of your dinner party!
I&#039;m confused as why you have listed some of the more obscure grape varieties but left out some of the main ones, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Gamay (beaujolais), Sauvignon Blanc...</description>
